Rescheduling an Appointment
If you wish to CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE your Appointment, you may do so within 24 HOURS through the sent EMAIL CONFIRMATION, or by contacting +966552055048 . In case of cancellation is attempted within the time period specified. the Amount is Converted in Credits that expires within 30 Days counting from the cancelation date. No Show results in Cancelation.
You may only reschedule your Appointment within 24 HOURS. You should review and understand the Cancellation Policy before confirming your appointment on the Barbero.sa .Please note that your ability to reschedule your Appointment will be subject to the Barber’s availability during the time you wish to reschedule.
Cancellations

No Cash refund will be given where a cancellation is attempted within the time period specified in the Cancellation Policy, the Amount is Converted to Credits with 30 days expiration.

XB LOYALTY PROGRAM — TERMS OF USE
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the BARBERO XB Loyalty Program (“XB Program”). By participating in the XB Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The XB Program allows eligible customers to earn XB points through qualifying visits and redeem them for discounts on products and services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the XB Program, you must:
• Be a registered customer with a valid account at BARBERO.
• Provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
3. EARNING XB POINTS
XB points are earned through qualifying visits to BARBERO. The number of XB points earned per visit is determined at the sole discretion of BARBERO From Brazil and may vary based on the services rendered.
• Points are credited to your account after each qualifying visit.
• BARBERO reserves the right to modify the earning rate at any time without prior notice.
• Points cannot be earned retroactively for past visits that were not recorded.
4. XB POINT VALUES & LEVELS
XB points accumulate to determine your loyalty level. Each level may unlock additional benefits or higher earning rates. BARBERO reserves the right to modify level thresholds and associated benefits at any time.
5. REDEMPTION OF XB POINTS
Accumulated XB points may be redeemed for discount codes applicable to products and services offered by BARBERO, subject to the following conditions:
5.1 Discount Code Generation
• Upon redemption, a unique discount code will be generated and linked to your account.
• Each discount code corresponds to a specific SAR (Saudi Riyal) value.
• Only one active discount code per SAR value is permitted at any time.
5.2 Expiration Policy
• All discount codes have a strict validity period of seven (7) days from the date of issuance.
• Unused discount codes will be automatically deleted after the 7-day period.
• No extensions, renewals, or reinstatements of expired codes will be granted.
• A real-time countdown timer is displayed in the app for all active discount codes.
5.3 Non-Transferability
• Discount codes are personal and non-transferable.
• Codes may not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties.
• BARBERO reserves the right to void any code that is found to be misused.
6. POINT EXPIRATION & FORFEITURE
XB points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, BARBERO From Brazil reserves the right to:
• Deactivate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
• Forfeit points in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Adjust point balances in the event of system errors or discrepancies.
7. REFUNDS & RETURNS
If a service or product purchased using an XB discount code is refunded:
• The XB points used for the redemption will NOT be reinstated.
• The discount code will be considered used and cannot be reissued.
• Refunds will be processed based on the amount actually paid after the discount.
8. PRIVACY & DATA
Your participation in the XB Program is subject to our Privacy Policy (available at barbero.sa/pages/privacy-policy). We collect and process data related to your visits, points earned, and redemption history to operate and improve the program.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
BARBERO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the XB Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include but are not limited to:
• Adjusting earning rates or redemption values.
• Changing level thresholds and benefits.
• Modifying the expiration policy for discount codes.
• Discontinuing the program entirely.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BARBERO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:
• System downtime or technical issues affecting point tracking or redemption.
• Expired or voided discount codes.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Changes to the program terms or structure.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to the XB Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
